More Than Conquerors: 10 Days in Romans 8نموونە

The Spirit Helps Us Pray
Sometimes life delivers something so hard that you don’t even have words left to pray. Paul reminds us that we are not left alone in those moments:
“The Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans” (Romans 8 :26 NIV).
God doesn’t wait for you to put together the perfect prayer. He doesn’t require eloquence or big words. The Spirit prays for you—perfectly, in line with the will of the Father.
This means you are never truly speechless before God. Even in your silence, the Spirit is praying for you, carrying your heart before the Father.
Reflection:
- Where do you feel too weak or too overwhelmed to even pray?
Try This Today:
- Sit quietly for a few minutes with the Lord.
- You don’t have to say anything—just rest in the truth that the Spirit is interceding for you right now.
