Positive and Encouraging Thoughts for Women: A 5-Day Devotional From K-LOVEنموونە

Day 3: You Don’t Have to Be in Control
“Can you solve the mysteries of God? Can you discover everything about the Almighty? Such knowledge is higher than the heavens—and who are you?” Job 11:7–8
Let’s be honest, it’s hard to let go of control, especially when our desire is to lead others to a path we think is best for them. We care deeply, or even feel responsible, for others, so we want to control their decisions. But God never asked you to carry it all. In fact, His Word reminds us over and over again that He is sovereign, and we are safe in His hands.
Job’s words today are a reminder that we’ll never fully understand the ways of God…and that’s okay. We don’t have to have all the answers. When we release the need to control everything, we make space for God to move, provide, and lead.
You can breathe again. The weight you’ve been carrying? It belongs to Him. Let go of the illusion that you need to have it all figured out, and rest in the arms of the One who already does.
Pray: Father, I lay down the pressure to control and fix everything on my own. I trust that You are working even when I can’t see it. Give me peace as I surrender the things that were never mine to carry. Amen.
Truth to Carry with You: You can rest. God is in control—and He’s taking care of everything concerning you.
