Trust

Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him and he will make your paths straight."

Trust is not a place of passivity.

It is an active state saying, "God, because I trust that you are faithful and have a plan to prosper me, not to harm me, a plan to give me a hope and a future, I will act in a way as it is so." Or, "Lord, because I trust you are able to give me the ability to generate wealth, I will start producing wealth at a higher frequency than I ever have before." We don’t simply say, "Oh, I trust you, God," then live in a place of fear, doubt, expecting lack. When we trust, it changes how we think, how we speak, and how we act.

What areas of your life do you need to trust The Lord in and let His Holy Spirit lead and guide you?

Prayer:

Heavenly Father,

Thank you for your unfailing love that always meets me where I am at and loves me into who I am called to become. Forgive me for my lack of trust in You and Your Word. Today I commit to trusting You deeper and letting that trust transform me from the inside out. Thank You for the plans you have for me to prosper me, the plans for a hope and a future and that You give me the ability to generate wealth in and through my life. Let this day be a mark that shifts my confidence from my own strength to the joy of You, the Living God, who is my strength, my light, and my salvation in whom I trust.
