21 Days to Overcome Stressنموونە

Access the Presence
Feelings are fickle, and they do not deal in the truth. While your feelings may tell you that you are all alone, let me remind you that the Bible instructs believers how to access the presence of God.
As Matthew 18:20 reminds us, when we are with each other, He is with us. If you want to spend time with God, try spending an evening with a group of people who love Him. If you feel alone, invite some people over who love to pray, and guess Who else will walk in your door?
God dwells where praise is full and strong. If you want Him to make Himself real and known to you, then you should spend your life worshipping Him. God shows up when a man or woman of God defies events and circumstances with a heart overflowing with pure worship.
Whenever you make a conscious choice to worship, you have just placed yourself in His presence. Turn up the worship music and lift your hands because He is there. You are not alone!
Don’t Be Passive
If I was a doctor, and I suppose that I am…I am a doctor of the soul, so let me write you a prescription for loneliness. Give to someone else at least three times a day. Your loneliness will be cured when you are more concerned about someone else’s needs rather than your solitary life.
Smile at someone in the grocery store. Write an old college friend a note and reconnect. Do not be passive and stay at home watching television, because you will find that giving is always the cure for loneliness.
I remind myself daily that I am granted another day of living, which gives me the privilege to reach out in kindness and love to the people that I meet that day. Who knows? My act of generosity or smile may be an answer to another’s heartfelt prayers. We really do belong to one another, and that may be the greatest gift of all!
DAILY DEPOSITS:
And my tongue shall declare Your righteousness and Your praise all day long. — Psalm 35:28
So then, while we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, and especially to those who are of the household of the faith. – Galatians 6:10 NASB1995
