It’s the Small Foxes.

Foxes are sneaky and cunning animals. They like to dig holes in the ground and crouch down in an effort to hide and sneak upon their prey; and when they’re ready to attack, they come out from hiding and pounce upon their victim. Don’t let the foxes in. Don’t allow lust to pounce upon your marriage. Close every open door. Surrender your heart to God and allow God to heal every area of your heart. Choose to repent. Turn to Him, and He will close the mouth of the lion, the fox, and every enemy that’s trying to exalt itself against your marriage.

Choose to crush pride together. Surrender to God and let God lead and soften the ground of your heart. Choose to crush lust and the spirit of perversion together. Don’t let your heart fall victim to their venomous trap—for the end is death. Choose life. Choose Christ. Choose His Way of doing things and let God rewrite the narrative of your marriage.

Choose to be led by God’s Word. Choose to be led by His Counsel. The Word of God can conquer any storm. The Word of God can crush any attack of the enemy. The Word of God can heal old wounds. God’s Word will always win. His Word will always prevail. In fact, look at what 2 Kings 6:8 KJV declares, “Then the king of Syria warred against Israel.” According to Strong’s Concordance, the word “Israel” (H3478) means “God prevails.” God will always prevail. Choose to crush pride and let God’s Word prevail within the walls of your marriage.

Choose to let His Word prevail and transform the framework of your house. God loves to rewrite stories. He loves to rewrite families. God loves to transform hearts and rewrite marriages—let God in and let Him rewrite the story of your family and marriage.
