God, Not the Glass -- Reset Your Mind and Spiritنموونە

The world tells us self-care is wine, chocolate, and Netflix. But that’s not care. That’s coping.
Real self-care restores you. It makes you more alive, not less present. Jesus modeled true rest—stepping away, getting still, and reconnecting with the Father.
What actually nourishes you? What restores your body, mind, and spirit? That’s where self-care begins. Remember sister, self care is not selfish.
Prayer:
Jesus, teach me how to rest the way You did. Show me what real self-care looks like, and help me choose what is beneficial, not just familiar.
Journal Prompt:
What’s one self-care habit that drains you more than it helps? What could you try instead this week?
