Christ Over Everything - Colossiansنموونە

Theme: Reconciled Through the Cross
Jesus is not just supreme in creation—He is also supreme in redemption. Paul says Christ is the head of the Church and the firstborn from the dead, so that in everything, He might be preeminent. This means Jesus not only created us—He’s also the one who restores us.
Through the blood of His cross, Jesus reconciled all things to Himself, including us who were once alienated from God. The gospel doesn’t just make bad people better—it makes dead people alive. And in God’s eyes, you are now holy, blameless, and above reproach because of Jesus.
But Paul includes a charge: continue in the faith. Don’t shift from the hope of the gospel. In a world filled with distractions and deception, we need daily reminders to stay rooted in the truth of what Christ has done. The cross is not just where your journey began—it’s where your identity remains grounded.
Daily Application: Spend a few minutes today thanking Jesus for the cross. Reflect on how He has reconciled you and declare this truth: I am holy, blameless, and above reproach—not because of what I’ve done, but because of what Jesus has done for me.
