Divine Incursions (In the Life of Jacob)نموونە

During the tortuous course of Jacob’s life, we find hidden between the lines a strange intrusion of God. It is said that seeing Leah hated and Rachel loved, the Lord made the first fertile and the second barren.
Sometimes we don’t understand why things happen, but God has His plan and reasons.
Of course, we must also consider a second intrusion of God, because later on we read that He remembered Rachel and gave her a son, Joseph.
These two intrusions show us two characteristics of God: justice and grace.
Indeed, in Joseph we see a wonderful figure of Christ.
If your life belongs to God, there may be intrusions that close doors and others that open them. Are you willing to trust Him?
