Unmasking Narcissismنموونە

Identifying Unhealthy Patterns
Narcissistic relationships can blur the line between love and control. What starts as charm may end in confusion. Gaslighting, manipulation, and emotional withdrawal often become the norm, so much so that you may start doubting your ability to discern what’s healthy.
But God never created you to live in chaos. One of the greatest acts of healing is learning to recognize unhealthy patterns for what they are, and then refusing to repeat them.
Renewing your mind means unlearning the lies you’ve been told and replacing them with God’s truth. It also means surrounding yourself with people who correct you in love, not people who punish you when you speak up.
Reflection Questions:
- Have I normalized behaviors that are actually harmful to my soul?
- What boundaries do I need to reestablish in light of truth?
Prayer:
Father, I want to see clearly. Heal my mind from the confusion and fear that once governed me. Show me what’s healthy and what’s not; and give me the wisdom to respond in alignment with Your truth. Amen.
