How to Be a Discipleنموونە

For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of travelling the world with Yeshua Ministries, sharing the gospel through music. I love every aspect of this worship ministry, but I have always longed to offer people more than just an amazing worship experience. I want to take them on an ongoing discipleship journey.
That’s why Jenny and I were so excited when Jesus.net invited us to bring the concept of A Miracle Every Day to India!
Jesus calls us to:
"Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned." – Mark 16:15-16
The call doesn’t stop at sharing the gospel. We’re not just called to “win souls”—we’re called to make disciples:
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” – Matthew 28:19-20
Not only did God make you a disciple, but He also gave you the ability to make disciples!
A true disciple makes disciples!
Jesus was our example. He taught the crowds, of course, but in particular, He trained 12 disciples for three years. And He trained these 12 to, in turn, train many more disciples!
This is what we’re called to do: make disciples, who will then train others! How do we do this? By:
- Helping someone discover faith
- Taking the time to walk alongside someone
- Listening without judging
- Being an example
- Praying extravagantly
When we pour out God’s love, it’s passed on, multiplying beyond what we can imagine. This is God’s incredible plan that includes each one of us in this magnificent adventure of making disciples of all nations.
The start of someone’s discipleship journey could be as simple as receiving this email–maybe forwarded by you. 😉
Hey! You are a Chamatkar.
