Jesus Loves Me—This I Know

"Jesus loves me, this I know,
For the Bible tells me so:
Little ones to Him belong,
They are weak, but He is strong."

Do you ever struggle to believe Jesus loves you?

Maybe you’ve heard it your whole life—"Jesus loves you." But what happens when life doesn’t make sense? When you feel like you've failed? When you’re carrying burdens no one else sees?

The truth is, Jesus loves you right now, just as you are. His love isn’t based on how strong you feel or how well you perform—it’s rooted in who He is. He calls you His own, even in your weakness.

In John 3:16, we see the depth of Jesus' love: “For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” Think about that. God gave. He didn’t just say He loved us—He proved it by sending Jesus to rescue us.

Jesus doesn’t love you because of what you do—He loves you because of who He is. He sees your struggles, your doubts, and your fears, and yet, His love never wavers. Even when you feel distant, He is near.

Prayer:

Jesus, thank You for loving me, even when I don’t feel worthy. Help me to rest in Your love and trust that I belong to You. Show me how to lean on You in my weakness today. Amen.
