How to See Godنموونە

Life is loud, isn’t it? From notifications and social media to conversations and background noise, silence isn’t something we’re used to experiencing. It can feel uncomfortable or impossible to be still and quiet in today’s world. And that can make hearing from God feel… well, uncomfortable or even impossible, too! It’s hard to hear God’s guidance when life is full of distractions! When everything is constantly moving, it’s easy to miss what matters. But when we slow down enough to look for and listen to the Holy Spirit, the helper God gave us to guide us while on Earth, we’ll never be left with silence. We can trust that when we stop to listen, God’s Spirit will always be there to lead us.
Set a timer for one minute of silence this week. No music, no scrolling, no distractions—just a time to be still before the Lord.
