Unshakeable & Unbothered: Standing Strong as a Young Woman in Ministryنموونە

Standing Firm in Your Identity Despite Misunderstandings
You’ve got a lot of knowledge and experience for someone your age, and you’ve worked hard to get here. But somehow, people mistake your confidence for arrogance, and your boldness for aggression. It’s like they don’t know how to approach you, so they choose not to, making assumptions instead of having real conversations.
Sis, your identity is in Christ, not in people’s opinions. You are chosen, royal, and set apart for His purpose. When people don’t take the time to understand you, it can be frustrating. But remember, Jesus faced the same issue. They called Him everything but the Son of God because they didn’t understand His mission. Stay focused on who God says you are, not on how people perceive you.
Study how Jesus was often misunderstood by the religious leaders of His day (Mark 3:20-22). Reflect on how He handled those situations with grace, always pointing back to His Father’s will. Journal about any recent misunderstandings you’ve faced, and ask God to give you the wisdom to navigate these challenges with love and grace.
