Prayers for My Wifeنموونە

Staying Steady
Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.
Romans 12:12
Talk to God
Lord, it’s hard to stay steady sometimes. Our emotions want to lead us. I pray my wife will be led by You and not by her emotions. I pray she pursues joy over happiness and that, in doing so, she finds hope that carries her through the hard and the good. I pray she is patient in suffering. This isn’t easy, but we can do it when our eyes are on You and we’re faithful in prayer. May my wife be a woman of prayer, seeking You throughout the day for wisdom and direction. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
Think
Our emotions are designed to inform us but not lead us. Do you stay steady in God, or do you let your emotions lead you? Let God and His truth be your leader when emotions rise.
Take Action
Intentionally greet your wife the next time she walks through the door. Smile and give her a hug and a kiss when she arrives home.
