Journey With Jesus 365نموونە

Jesus spoke many hard truths. How should we respond when God’s Word shows us that we are wrong?
When Jesus visited his hometown of Nazareth, he went straight to the synagogue and read the Scriptures. He preached deliverance. He preached spiritual sight for those who had been spiritually blind. His words carried power that many had never felt before. However, amidst all of the hope and deliverance that Jesus preached, the leaders of the synagogue wanted to kill Him because He was a threat to their message of self-righteousness. It is a blessing that Jesus makes us righteous, and we don’t have to rely on our works to be righteous before God!
What hard truth in the Bible do you struggle with? How does God want you to respond to this truth? What is the next decision you should make regarding this truth rather than being upset with God about it?
