A Year in Luke/Actsنموونە

“The Lord is King!”
This is how Psalm 97 begins and the reason for the early church’s passion to share the good news about the death and resurrection of Jesus. By rising from the dead, God became enthroned as King. As we gather each week to commemorate the day Jesus rose, we are to continue this passionate announcement that God is King!
The foundations of our King’s throne are justice and righteousness. Let’s meditate on that today. What does it mean that the very foundation of God’s throne is justice and righteousness? How can this give us confidence that God will one day make all things right?
