Learning to Say Noنموونە

Maintain Integrity in Your Commitments
He who swears to his own hurt and does not change. Psalm 15:4 (ESV).
Integrity involves honoring our commitments, even when it’s challenging. Saying no wisely helps prevent overpromising and maintains our integrity.
Before making your next commitment, consider the cost. Are you prepared to keep your word, even if it becomes difficult?
Prayer: Father God, please help me honor my commitments with integrity, even when it is challenging. Guide me to make thoughtful decisions, and to say no when needed, to avoid overpromising. In Jesus name, Amen.
