Happily Ever After: And Everything Beforeنموونە

Middle school can be exhausting, right? Between school, extracurriculars, homework, friendships, family, church, and more, it’s no wonder why we feel tired, overwhelmed, and emotionally exhausted at the end of the day. It’s when we’re at the end of what we can do that Jesus steps in. He promises that when we come to Him tired and in need of rest, He will help us and give us peace. When we’re feeling weighed down and burdened by the challenges of life, Jesus will meet you there and give you rest.
Today, get alone and get quiet for a few minutes. Let the presence of Jesus calm your heart and give you rest. Talk to Him about the heavy weight of your emotions and remember that He is there to carry that weight so you can rest in Him.
