Approaching Poverty: An 11-Day Devotionalنموونە

Conclusion
Read Mark 14: 3-7
We hope and pray that this devotional has allowed you to understand poverty from a Biblical perspective – and how we, as believers, are called to respond.
We can see from Jesus’ teachings that serving and protecting the poor and needy, the blind and bleeding and the lepers and sojourners reflects God and His love for mankind. But we should also remember that serving the poor is not a replacement for a relationship with Jesus. Rather, through serving the poor, we are living out and building our relationship with Him. From there, all else flows.
Our prayer for you is that your love for Him and from Him abounds and overflows into the love and caring of others.
