DESTINED TO WIN

A push is usually defined as the action of applying force to make something move, but I want to define a push in the context of our scripture passage as praying and enduring until something happens.

When it’s time for a woman to be in labor, she is alerted by her breaking point. After she gets to her breaking point, her last push is usually the greatest push of them all to birth the baby.

Maybe you're at your breaking point, and just like a woman in labor having to push to birth a human being, perhaps it will take this last push into purpose for you to birth a remarkable legacy.

Before a war is won, the last battle is usually the greatest that will determine who will claim the win. Maybe you’re in your toughest season because this push is different. This redefining push may break a negative generational cycle that has kept your lineage from advancing in Christ.

In today’s scripture passage, Matthew 24, Jesus is giving an exhortation to his disciples based on the questions they asked on when judgment would come and what signs there would be of the end of time. Jesus reassures his disciples that those who believe and push through as morally good representations of God despite the chaos in the world would be saved.

In whatever state you currently find yourself in, continue to claim your win by holding yourself accountable for the times you have fallen short and being steadfast to see God’s promises fulfilled.

PRAYER: Dear God, please help me to endure to the end so that my purpose will be fulfilled and my place in Heaven will be my home.

DECLARATION: I am destined to win because I believe and trust the greater that lives within me to overcome the great battles that will come before me!
