Perfect Redemption: Easter Devotional for Kidsنموونە

Transfiguration
Jesus revealed Himself to three of His disciples on the mount of olives where His face shone like a sun and His cloth was dazzling. He engaged in conversation with Moses and Elijah. A voice came saying "This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Hear Him!".
This was a very important moment in the life of Jesus. He knew he was going to die and He wanted to help the disciples have faith. His disciples marveled at what they saw and heard. This action made His disciples have total belief that Jesus is the son of God. They also saw the glory of God in Jesus.
God has declared that we must listen to the words of Jesus and not doubt that He is the Lord in heaven and on earth. We must believe in God, trust and obey Him completely.
Memory verse
This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased. Listen to him.- Matt 17: 5b
Word of the day
Transfiguration
- a complete change of appearance into a more glorifying or spiritual state.
Say and Pray
Dear Lord, I receive grace to trust and walk with you in obedience, in Jesus’ precious name. Amen.
