READ the Bible passages twice slowly in a restful and receiving posture.

REFLECT on what stands out to you from the passage. Jesus washes the feet of the disciples in this part of Scripture. Once he is finished, what does Jesus say to the disciples? Wonder with Jesus how he might be inviting you to live this out in your life.

PRAY as you are led by simply talking to God. Quietly listen for what He might be saying to you.
