In Genesis 40, in the confines of a prison cell, Joseph's life takes an unexpected turn. Surrounded by darkness and uncertainty, Joseph encounters the cupbearer and the baker, both troubled by dreams. Through divine interpretation, Joseph unravels the meaning of their dreams. Yet, despite using this gift to help others, he remains confined. In Genesis 40, we witness Joseph's ability to find purpose even in the prison of patience.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, guide me in discovering my purpose in the everyday moments of life. Help me to be faithful in the small tasks, to recognize and use the gifts I’ve been emboldened with, and to trust in Your perfect timing. May my life be a reflection of Your purpose, bringing glory to Your name. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
