Journaling Through Lentنموونە

Remembering God’s Faithfulness
We’ve completed twenty days of journaling through Lent and focused on repentance for the first phase of this devotional and renewal for the second phase. Now, let’s enter phase three, focusing on remembrance. Call to mind things about our God that we’re grateful for, and thank Him, praise Him, and worship Him.
Today, let’s begin our journey of remembrance by meditating on God’s faithfulness. Hebrews 3:18 says He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. This aspect of God is most comforting to me. Amid everything around us that is temporary, unreliable, and fleeting, our God is a rock, constant and always on our side. He promises to commit Himself to us, protect us, strengthen us, and help us. That’s a promise we can wholly rely on. He won’t go back on His word. He is a solid support and a faithful friend.
Today, take some time to think about the times God has been faithful to you. Call to mind His constant support and perpetual dependability. Express your gratitude to Him through worship and praise.
Journaling Prompt:
Create a visual representation of God's steadfastness. Use symbols and colors to convey the stability found in trusting an unchanging God.
