Journaling Through Lentنموونە

Renewal of Strength
Do you relate to feeling completely spent on some days? When do you feel physically, mentally, and emotionally empty?
I’ve had those days, and man, are they terrible! Sometimes, it’s not even work that depletes us; it’s giving, serving, and doing Kingdom things. Sometimes, it's family commitments and relationships that leave us feeling weary and worn out.
Whatever the reason for your fatigue, weakness, and vulnerability, God can supernaturally renew your strength. He is the ultimate source of strength and power, and He promises specifically in Isaiah 40 that He will transfer that strength and power to us so that we don’t grow weary or faint.
Today, I encourage you to come to God and ask Him for this renewal of strength. Ask Him to fortify you and make you strong enough to carry on and do whatever lies ahead of you. Tell Him how empty you feel, and He will certainly fill your cup!
Journaling Prompt:
Create a visual representation of renewed strength. Use images and colors that convey the sense of soaring on the wings of God's strength.
