Today we are praying for FAITH
Sometimes, we can mistakenly believe that exercising faith means ignoring the facts of our circumstances.
Today’s scripture is a powerful reminder that having faith does not mean denying the facts of our current reality. Rather, it means knowing the facts of our circumstances and - at the same time - believing and standing on the promises that God has for us.
Abraham was fully aware of the facts; he was almost 100 years old and Sarah was barren. But he was also fully aware of the promise of God to him - that he would be “the Father of many nations” (Genesis 17:4). He believed that God was more than able to bring this to pass - and He did!
Today is another opportunity for us to place our faith in God, knowing that His power and promises are more than able to transcend the apparent limitations of our current reality.

What are the promises you believe God has for you?
How can you take a step of faith to stand on those promises today?
