What sort of thing do you talk about?

Did you know that you can talk to God about anything? That’s because he made us and knows all about us. He’s interested in everything we do.

David knew that God was interested in him. Read the verses from Psalm 139 to see what he said and sang about.

David also knew he could talk to God about anything, even when he felt very sad. He imagined he was like a sheep with God as his loving shepherd. Read what he said in the verse from Psalm 23.

Remember! When you feel sad, God is close by. You can tell him all about it.

Pray: “Thank you, God, that you are close to me. I can talk to you when I am sad and I know you will be listening.”
