Dear Lord, the shepherds were shocked when they heard about Jesus: the news took them by surprise and changed their whole world. God, I pray that You would have the same effect on my heart every single day—stopping me in my tracks, changing how I live my life, do my job, love my family. Supply me with more joy than I can handle—I want to overflow with love for You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
