The Shalom Pathنموونە

Shalom is Peace from War
Finally, shalom is peace from war. Leviticus 25:6 promises that there will be peace in the land if they are obedient. The Old Testament discusses a time when peace will be ultimate. Isaiah 9:6 says that the child born is the Prince of Peace. As He comes to rule His ever increasing government, peace will be universal. This will be shalom without end or borders. Micah 5:4, 5a gives a very similar prophecy foretelling Jesus’ majestic reign. They seem to speak of Christ’s millennial reign. This is the peace for which the world yearns.
