Business & Proverbs: Ancient Wisdom for Modern Business Leadersنموونە

According to the Bible, work is more than just a way to make a living; it's a form of worship.
One of my go-to verses on this subject is Proverbs 12:11: "Those who work their land will have abundant food, but those who chase fantasies have no sense."
This isn't just about farming; it's a principle that applies to any endeavor. Whether you're building a business, climbing the corporate ladder, or managing a household, hard work and consistency pays off.
Another verse that hits the nail on the head is Proverbs 14:23: "In all toil there is profit, but mere talk tends only to poverty." We've all met people who are all talk and no action, haven't we?
But as believers, we're called to be doers, not just talkers.
It's not enough to have a vision. We need to put in the work to make it a reality.
So, if you're feeling stuck or uninspired in your work at the moment, remember this: your labor is not in vain. Every effort you make, every challenge you overcome, is an opportunity to glorify God and make a lasting impact.
Today, as you meditate on these verses, take a moment and ask God to reveal how you can better turn your working hours into worship that honors Him.
