Revelation and Daniel both contain similar prophetic visions. This chapter of Revelation has two monsters: one represents an oppressive government, and the 2nd represents the people who do the oppressing for that government. In Daniel 7, the vision has four kingdoms, each one worse than the one before. But once again, it is God who gets the victory in both books!
