Anxiety and the Soul's Search for Restنموونە

Heavenly Father,
Slow me down. Calm my anxious heart as I turn my face to You. In place of worry, You say to pray. I recount Your faithfulness in the past as I make my requests to You. Allow me to experience You as The Anchor of my life. Set my mind on what is true from Your Word, what is pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, or praiseworthy. May this be the cycle of my thoughts.
Thank You, Lord. Amen.
