Trusting God With Our Whole Livesنموونە

You Have Suffered to Get Here, to Be a Child Again
Yesterday, we shared Part 1 of the scene we saw of you and God. Let's read Part 2:
The Lord delights in your willingness to trust him. He delights in your ease of being you. He knows it hasn’t been easy to be you. You have suffered to get here, to be a child again. To trust your Father and let him guide you while you stay in sync with his steps. Your road of trusting him brought fear, and you gave that fear to him. Your road of trusting brought temptations, and you fell—and he showed you his face. Then he showed you something else too, something you, since then, have chosen never to forget: your Dad is bigger than any temptation or sin.
You see, you tested your Dad's strength. You wondered how much he could hold. Could he take all of your pain? Could he take all of your worries? You held onto them for a while because you weren’t sure he could carry them—you couldn’t imagine anyone other than you carrying them. You felt they were yours to carry. Yours alone. And you needed to be strong enough to carry them. So you worked hard to be strong.
