"Red rover red rover, send Sarah right over." Did you ever play this game growing up as a kid? You would have two separate lines of kids standing opposite each other. Each person would hold the person's arm to the right and left of them to form a human chain. When you would call someone out from the other line, they would break away and run as fast as they can to attempt to break through a "link" or arms. If they did, you got to add them to your team; if they didn't you had to join theirs. The goal of the game was to never break as a human chain.

Your life can feel like this many times. It can feel like life keeps sending life-sized issues to you. In the end, how do you keep the chain from breaking? How do you stand firm and secure?
