NT1Y Reflection Day 2 | Remembering Jesus
Welcome back to New Testament in a Year by Through the Word. You finished the New Testament, so today’s directions are a little different. It’s time to reflect on the journey behind you. Listen to today’s shorter audio guide, read the verses below, and use the questions that follow to reflect and consider.
“Jesus performed many other signs in the presence of his disciples, which are not recorded in this book. But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name” (John 21:30-31).
Questions for Reflection: Think over all that you learned about Jesus this year. Remember his miracles and his teaching. And remember what the Bible says about who he is. Then come back to John’s conclusion here, and consider:
1. What does it mean to you to believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God?
2. What does it mean that by believing you may have life in his name?
