Simply ask God where He wants you to go. If that’s really hard, start by asking Him for the courage to ask Him where you should go. When He answers, ask Him to help you be willing and available.

The goal of 40 days of prayer, is that God would clearly reveal His vision and next steps for your life and the ministry He wants to use you in so that you will be able to see what He sees, work where He’s working, build what He’s building and go where He’s leading.
