Year of the Bible: Part Nine of Twelveنموونە

One in 1,000 Trillion
One incredible and almost unbelievable thing about Jesus is that He fulfilled ALL of the prophecies related to His life and death—all 353! The chance of one person randomly accomplishing just eight of these prophecies is one in 1,000 trillion!
Not only did He fulfill the prophecies, but He also, in a poetic way, died at the very hour when the priests in Jerusalem would normally make the sacrifice for sin. In doing so, Jesus put an exclamation mark on His life, declaring in word and death, “It is finished! Forever! No more blood, no more sacrifice, no more waiting!” Jesus lived a perfect life and put sin back on a tree where it came from, cursing sin forever. Our Jesus is a king like no other; He is a perfect ruler who used His authority to set us free forever!
Question: Where in your life, thoughts, or pain do you need to hear the words of Jesus? “It is finished!”
Prayer: Take a few minutes to pray for the Gospel to go out into the nations and for all people to know how amazing the love of God is in Christ Jesus.
