Men, Get in the Game!نموونە

We face a challenge in calling men to unleash their biblical manhood. It seems that simply taking responsibility for your thoughts and actions has become a lost art. We are facing a worldwide plague of personal irresponsibility and entitlement.
Imagine if a football coach drafted a star running back with all the potential in the world. He had speed. Moves. Balance. Intuition to read the opposition. All of that and more. On paper, he was amazing. But when he showed up to practice, he just sat down the whole time.
If the coach approached him to get on the field to practice, he’d just shrug it off and say he didn’t feel like it. Or that he was busy. Or any other excuse that came to mind. Then, on game day, when he failed to make the plays or score the points and the coach asked him why he didn’t accomplish the goals of the game, he just blamed the opposition. Or, worse yet, he blamed his teammates.
Unleashing a powerful running back requires more than stats and natural ability. It requires intentionality, practice and responsibility. Unleashing biblical manhood requires no less.
What does spiritual responsibility mean to you?
