Praying the Scripture Through Lentنموونە

The Son
Jesus called Himself the “light of the world” because He brought illumination to a world darkened by evil and dead religion. He came to adopt us into His family to share in an eternal inheritance. One of these eternal blessings is a peace that goes beyond the circumstances that befall us. It’s a peace that brings heaven down to earth.
Use these verses to worship and adore Him for who He is, what He’s done, and ask Him to help you live a life that pleases Him and brings Him glory. Read the scriptures as prayers of worship, thanksgiving, and supplication, believing that there is power in every declaration.
John 8:12 NLT
Jesus spoke to the people once more and said, “I am the light of the world. If you follow me, you won’t have to walk in darkness, because you will have the light that leads to life.”
John 14:18 AMP
“I will not leave you as orphans [comfortless, bereaved, and helpless]; I will come [back] to you.
Colossians 3:15 NLT
And let the peace that comes from Christ rule in your hearts. For as members of one body you are called to live in peace. And always be thankful.
