Breathe in slowly. What is the Lord inviting you to pay attention to at this moment?
Meditate
Read the Scripture several times. What word or phrase stands out to you? Spend some time meditating on it. What may the Lord be inviting you to notice or do with this word or phrase?
Ponder
Spend some time journaling your answers (or making a voice memo) to the following questions:
- What are you seeing the Father doing in your life and the lives of those around you? How can you join Him in this particular work?
- Where do you sense the Lord sending you today?
- How is the Lord calling you to build the Kingdom of God today?
