Finding Hope in Jobنموونە

Nature Reveals Hope
You may have suffered recently, perhaps through the pandemic, or as in the case of Job, ‘suddenly’ – it may seem as if your vision, dreams, achievements, and aspirations have been cut down.
Job said that the hope for a tree cut down is that ‘… through the scent of water it will bud, and bring forth boughs like a plant’.
The hope for those of us who are cut down by the circumstances of life is that we should search for that scent of water. Jesus is our Living Water
‘If any man is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink! He who believes in Me [who cleaves to and trusts in and relies on Me] as the Scripture has said, From his innermost being shall flow [continuously] springs and rivers of living water’ John 7:37–38 (AMPC).
We were never designed to operate from a place of depletion. Jesus is the only One who can truly fill us up and help us live the life He intended us to live. And when we continually allow that Living Water to be our focus, we can’t help but let it overflow to those around us.
Jesus is always waiting, ready to fill us up, and He’s the only one who can satisfy every hope, dream or longing we have in our hearts.
