Very few people would choose to live in a hostile place. Jesus entered our war zone and was raised up in crucifixion and raised again in resurrection, defeating the powers of sin and death. How often do you consider this aspect of Jesus’ coming? God our Father, as you raised Jesus, please raise us so we can lead others to Jesus.
