When You Prayنموونە

Day 2: When you pray, FORGIVE!
Mark 11:25 “And whenever you stand praying, if you find that you carry something in your heart against another person, release him and forgive him so that your Father in heaven will also release you and forgive you of your faults.” (TPT)
Mark 11:25 “And when you assume the posture of prayer, remember that it’s not all asking. If you have anything against someone, forgive—only then will your heavenly Father be inclined to also wipe your slate clean of sins.” (MSG)
Forgive anyone you are holding a grudge against. You cannot get ahead by trying to get even. There is no point in doing all you are doing, then when you start praying, unforgiveness ends up blocking your communication with heaven. Make up your mind today to forgive everyone that has offended you. It is not worth missing out on what God has for you. Unforgiveness actually robs you of your blessings.
This person has already upset and hurt you. There is no point in letting the person continue to hurt you. Let it go! Forgive so that you can receive all that God has for you. Forgive and receive your healing! Someone said, “When you give you get wealthy, when you forgive you get healthy.” You get healthy physically and spiritually. Nothing can stop the life in you when your heart is void of bitterness.
Father, I surrender my heart and this hurt [mention the hurt] to You and I forgive [name the person or people], in Jesus Name. Amen.

We cannot fully understand how prayer works but the effects, the power, and the results are undeniable. However, we must approach prayer with a conscious of heart. Jesus shows us three things that must be in place, not if, but when we pray.
