Navigating Transitionنموونە

Ending well: Letting go
Father, please forgive me when I have allowed myself to be weighed down or distracted from following You.
We can be unhelpfully attached to aspects of the past. Nostalgia, resentment, unforgiveness, bitterness or regrets may weigh us down, and sinful patterns entangle us. No runner would enter a race wearing wellington boots and a heavy coat – these would hinder their ability to run well. Yet we may do the equivalent. What hampers you in moving forward? What is it time to throw off? Ask God’s help to do that.
