Text: Luke, chapter 22

Devotional: Even the strongest have their moments of trial, weakness, or failing. In this chapter, there are two scenarios. The first, was Jesus in the garden suffering greatly but accepting God’s perfect will till the end; and then, we see Peter, a leader among the disciples, who fails miserably but doesn’t stay defeated. The various circumstances in life can throw us to the ground, but we will always have Jesus ready to raise us from our worst.
