From Beginning to Endنموونە

Sacrificing grain and animals was the way to ask God for forgiveness for unintentionally failing to obey his laws. For those who intentionally disobeyed God, there was only death.
This probably sounds harsh to you. After all, most of us have probably disobeyed God in a defiant way at least once. Thankfully, the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross was greater than the sacrifices of grain and animals. Jesus can forgive even the worst of sins. Paul tells us in 1 Timothy 1:15, “Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners—and I am the worst of them all.”

This is part one of a four-part plan to read the books of the Bible that tell of the historical events. Although the Bible contains many stories, it is one story from beginning to end of God’s interactions with humanity. One day per week can be used to catch up on missed readings or for reflection. Notes are also included to assist with understanding.
