From Beginning to Endنموونە

We read the song that was written to remember how God delivered the people of Israel from the Egyptians. The songs we read in the book of Psalms are similar; they were written by people in the midst of something significant going on in their lives. They are songs of deliverance, despair, trust and doubt. It doesn’t take long for the story to go from praise to complaining.
You may not be a songwriter, but hopefully you have a story of how God has delivered you. Do you tell it to others? Do you use it to remind yourself of God’s faithfulness when you are in times of doubt?

This is part one of a four-part plan to read the books of the Bible that tell of the historical events. Although the Bible contains many stories, it is one story from beginning to end of God’s interactions with humanity. One day per week can be used to catch up on missed readings or for reflection. Notes are also included to assist with understanding.
