Read To Hear: Exodusنموونە

“Moses listened to his father-in-law and did everything he said. He chose capable men from all Israel and made them leaders of the people, officials over thousands, hundreds, fifties and tens.” (Exodus 18:24-25)
A good leader listens to advice. With Jethro’s system of leadership, Moses did not have to handle the problems of the Israelites all by himself. He raised leaders and worked together with them. The work was too big to be handled by one person alone.
