The Mindset Makeoverনমুনা

Introduction
Every transformation begins with a thought. Long before habits change or lifestyles shift, the real battle starts in the mind.
The Mindshift Makeover is a journey of exchanging the lies we have believed for the hope God has spoken. Each day, starting with today, you will identify a common internal narrative, expose the inner critic behind it, and rebuild your thinking with a Christ-centered declaration anchored in Scripture.
1. “I’m not enough.”
Inner Critic: The Not-Enough Critic (driven by perfectionism and comparison).
Makeover Thought:
“I am enough because I was created with purpose. I don’t have to earn my worth — I already have it.”
Scripture Anchor: Psalm 139:14 – I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made. (NIV)
Action Point
- Write down today’s makeover thought boldly and place it somewhere visible and obvious.
- Every time the old thought shows up, say the new thought out loud enough for your mind to hear what God says about you.

About this Plan

What if we treated our minds the way an artist treats a canvas — something that can become more beautiful with care, color, and creativity? That’s what a mindset makeover is. Taking those ugly, critical thoughts and transforming them into something beautiful — something that reflects the Creator who made us.
