Finishing Strongনমুনা

Rooted in the Word
If you want to finish strong, your foundation must be the Word of God.
Paul encouraged Timothy, “Study to show yourself approved unto God” (2 Timothy 2:15). A believer who neglects the Word will soon grow weak in conviction. The Word doesn’t just teach you what to do, it also gives you the strength to do it.
But studying is only the beginning. You must also meditate. God told Joshua, “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night” (Joshua 1:8). Meditation transforms truth into revelation and revelation into power.
When you feed on God’s Word daily, your spirit grows stronger, and your path becomes clearer. The Word keeps you grounded when life feels uncertain and gives you wisdom when challenges arise.
The strength to finish doesn’t come from willpower but from Word-power. Let Scripture guide your thoughts, shape your choices, and fuel your faith.
Jesus, who is the Word of God, is the author and the finisher of our faith. Starting strong and finishing strong is dependent on our attitude towards the Word of God, which lives and abides forever. Those who stay in the Word go from strength to strength. They start strong, continue strong and finish strong.
